Goalmark International Group (hereinafter referred to as "Goalmark") is a wholly owned subsidiary of China National Arts & Crafts (Group) Corporation, an enterprise group under the direct leadership of the central government, and is specialized in export and import and foreign economic and technical cooperation. Authorized by the Ministry of Commerce, Goalmark has acquired certificates for import and export, contracting
international engineering and construction, cars sale, labor export, gold and silver jewelry import and export, wool import. The registered capital of Goalmark is RMB 108,840,000, and value of assets is RMB 600 million. In 2003, the total import and export volume reached to USD 520 million and sales revenue RMB 110 million.
The main business in the headquarter of Goalmark includes: contracting international engineering and construction; large scale import and export of automobiles, mobile phones and communication equipment, medicines, costume, coke; labor export; agency for study or migration abroad; consulting and administrating for foreign investment projects.
Goalmark has set up 12 wholly owned or holding subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Guangdong and Hubei. Through the development of past years, they have become the professional enterprises involving in the import and export of textile goods, costume and raw materials, jewelry, electronic and machinery equipment, arts and crafts, toys, chemicals, office stuff and furniture, etc., and spread their business all over the world.
